GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Why do people use Wet® products?

  Wet® products are formulated to enhance your personal pleasure and comfort. Wet® products help reduce the friction associated with intercourse, thus enhancing the pleasure.

• What makes Wet® better than other brands?

  All Wet® products are manufactured to stringent quality standards. Our Wet® Lubricants are clear, colorless, stain-free, and sugar free. Wet® formulas last longer than other leading brands for maximum value and endless pleasure!

• Are Wet® products safe to use with condoms?

  The FDA has approved Wet® Original® and Wet® Light® as a 510(k) medical device for use with condoms. All Wet® Products are latex friendly. Note: Wet's oil based product should never be used to lubricate condoms.

• Do Wet® products contain spermicides? Do they contain Nonoxynol 9?

  Wet® was the first manufacturer to remove Nonoxynol-9 from all of its products, based on recommendations from the CDC. As a result of our responsible actions, most lubricants no longer contain Nonoxynol-9.

• Which products may be used for intercourse?

  Wet® Original® and Wet® Light® are approved by the FDA as a 510(k) medical device for use with condoms. Silicone formulas have been approved by European standards over 15 years for intercourse, but are not yet approved or recognized by the FDA.

• Are oil-based products safe to use for intercourse?

  Oil-based products should never be used with condoms because they can degrade latex and lead to breakage.

• Are Wet® products edible?

  Each of Wet's water-based formulas is clear, colorless, sugar free, stain free and harmless if ingested, but not recommended to consume as you would a food product.

• Can Wet® products ease the discomfort of personal dryness?

  Yes, Wet® products may be used to supplement personal moisture as needed.

• I'm a younger woman and have no problems with personal dryness, why would I need Wet® products?

  To maximize your pleasure! Wet® products may be used by both partners to enhance all types of play. A small drop of Wet® Original® or Wet® Light® Lubricant added to the inside of the condom tip before unrolling is said to enhance sensation for the wearer. A liberal amount applied to outside of the condom after unrolling eases the friction and irritation associated with intercourse allowing your intimate experiences to last longer. • Are there any animal products or by-products in Wet® Products?

  Our water based products are formulated with Glycerin, USP, 99.5% (Natural) Kosher which is made from raw materials Palm Kernel Oil/ Palm Oil Products. They are of vegetable origin and natural. No materials of animal or synthetic origin are used. Our massage oils and shave creams are formulated with natural plant oils.

• Are all your products safe for both men and women?

  Wet® products are safe for both men and women. Should irritation occur, discontinue use immediately and consult your physician.

• Can I get an yeast infection by using your lubricant product?

  It is always difficult to identify the cause of yeast infection breakouts. Our lubricants do not contain any sugars or other nutritive sources that would contribute to yeast growth and subsequent infections.

• What other products are available from Wet®?

  Wet® has designed Inttimo® By Wet®, a line of spa quality Massage and Bath Oil as well as a line of Rash-Free, Total Body Shave Creams for him and her. We also offer Keep It Clean™ Foaming Toy Wash to gently cleanse your favorite adult toys.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

• Wet® Uranus™
  • Can Wet® Uranus™ be used vaginally?

    Yes, both Wet® Uranus™ water-based and silicone-based formulas may be used vaginally. They are slightly thicker than our Wet® Original® and Wet® Platinum®.

  • What is the difference between Wet® Uranus™ in the blue and red labels?

    Wet® Uranus® with the blue label is water-based. Wet® Uranus with the red label is silicone-based. The silicone-based formula is longer-lasting and it does not break down in water so it can be used in the shower. Caution: Very slippery! The silicone-based formula may also stain sheets. If this occurs, please soak the stain in a paste of an oxy powder detergent, like Oxy-Clean®, for twenty minutes and then wash as usual. Neither formula contains any desensitizing agents or added sensation like warming or tingling.

  • Is Wet® Uranus™ edible?

    Though we do not recommend eating Wet® Uranus™, as you would a food product, it is harmless if ingested in small quantities.

  • Is Wet® Uranus™ safe to use with other silicone products, toys, etc.?

    Water-based Wet® Uranus™ (blue label) is safe for all types of toys. We do not recommend using Wet® Uranus™ silicone-based (red label) with silicone toys.

  • May I use Wet® Uranus™ in a shower or hot tub?

    Wet® Uranus™ Silicone-based (red label) does not break down in water so you may use it in the shower or spa. Caution: Very slippery! Silicone lubricants may break down parts in your hot tub motor and filter so use very sparingly or not at all.

• Wet® wOw™
  • How many applications can I get out of Wet® wOw™?

    Both formulas of Wet® wOw™ contain up to 75 applications per tube if you use a pea-sized amount.

  • What is the difference between Wet® wOw™ Gentle O™ and Max O™?

    The Max O™ contains twice the concentration of active ingredients. The Gentle O™ should last up to 20 minutes and the Max O™ should last up to 45 minutes.

  • Is it safe to use Wet® wOw™ with adult toys?

    Wet® wOw™ is a water-based formula with a small amount of silicone. Though it should not affect your toy, we do recommend doing a small patch test on your toy prior to use to see if there is a reaction. Note: We recommend using only a pea-sized amount of Wet® wOw™ on and around the clitoris only.

  • Should I have any health concerns using this product?

    Wet® wOw™ is not recommended for those prone to skin reactions. Do not use while pregnant or nursing without consulting your physician. Consult your physician before using if you have other health concerns. Does not contain L-Arginine or Niacin.

  • Can Wet® wOw™ be used by men?

    Men may use Wet® wOw™ to achieve a similar sensation that a woman would achieve. Apply a pea-sized amount to the skin on the underside of the head of the penis. Gently massage into this delicate skin for at least 5 minutes to allow maximum absorption. It is normal to experience a very gentle tingling sensation within 5 minutes of application. This will plateau within 5 minutes with effects lasting for up to 25-45 minutes, depending on the formula chosen. You may reapply as often as desired although it is generally not necessary. Easily washes away with gentle soap and warm water.

  • How do you recommend using Wet® wOw™ to get the best results?

    We recommend applying a pea-sized amount of Wet® wOw™ Clitoral Arousal Gel as desired to the external female genitalia (clitoris, around the clitoral hood, labia and external vaginal opening). Gently massage into this delicate skin for at least 5 minutes prior to vaginal intercourse to allow maximum absorption. It is normal to experience a very gentle tingling sensation within 5 minutes of application. • Wet® Ecstasy®
  • Are the Wet® Ecstasy® Water-Based and Silicone-Based edible?

    Yes, this formula is considered harmless if accidentally ingested, however we do not intend or label this product to be used in any manner for food use.

  • Will Wet® Ecstasy® stain my sheets?

    The water-based formula is stain-free. Due to the nature of silicone, the silicone-based formula may stain some sheets, especially those with a higher thread count.

  • Are these products for women or men?

    Wet® Ecstasy® is formulated for the enjoyment of anyone seeking a lubricant with added sensation.

  • Are these formulas latex friendly?

    Yes. Although both formulas contain a small amount of peppermint oil, this is a non-petroleum based oil therefore it does not harm latex.

  • Do you mix the two Wet® Ecstasy® formulas together or are they meant to be used separately?

    Each Wet® Ecstasy® formula is intended for use on its own. There is no need to mix the products.

  • Why would I choose Wet® Ecstasy® over Wet® Original™ or Wet® Platinum®?

    Wet® Ecstasy® is recommended for those who prefer long-lasting, light liquid formulas with added sensation and a little more. No. Our best-selling Wet®Original®and Wet®Platinum®formulas are still available for those who prefer a lubricant without added sensation.

  • What is the difference between Wet® Ecstasy® and Wet® Synergy™ +cool tingle™?

    Wet® Ecstasy® is available in two different base formulas. One light, water-based liquid and one light silicone-based liquid. Both formulas contain our Herbal Blend and give a cooling sensation. You choose which base you prefer. Both are pH-balanced and latex friendly. Wet® Ecstasy® Silicone is paraben-free. Wet® Synergy™ is recommended for those who prefer thick gel lubricants. Each formula contains a hint of peppermint extract for an amazingly soothing, cooling sensation. It provides a mild cooling, tingling sensation. Try all three to determine your personal preference.

  • What is in the Herbal Blend?

    Wet® Ecstasy® Herbal Blend contains Muira Puama, Mexican Damiana, Ginger Root Extract, Passion Flower Extract, and Gingko Biloba Extract.

  • I have sensitive skin? Do you recommend Wet® Ecstasy® for me?

    We do not recommend formulas with added sensation for those with sensitive skin. For those without sensitive skin, we do recommend starting with a very small amount of any formula with added sensation to decide if the sensation feels right for both you and your partner.

• Wet® together™ Ultimate™ Lubricant for Couples™
  • Why would I want to try the Wet® Together line over a regular bottle of lubricant ?

    Wet® together™ is recommended for couples who desire enhanced foreplay and intercourse. Couples may experience progressively improved responsiveness and greater intimacy with regular use. Each bottle may be used by him or her individually but we recommend experiencing them together to feel the most satisfying results.

  • Why is Wet® together Lubricant for Couples preferred over the leading brand?

  • Can Wet® together™ Lubricant for Couples be used with toys?

    Wet® together™ for Her is silicone based therefore we do not recommend it for use with silicone toys. It is compatible with other materials such as plastic, rubber, latex, or glass. You may wish to patch test a small area on your toy to see if there is any negative reaction with the material. Wet® together™ for Him is water soluble and compatible with most toys. As with any formula, we recommend washing your toys immediately after play.

  • Is Synergy a product for couples like the Wet® together™? Do you need to mix them together?

    Each Wet® Synergy™ is intended for use on its own. There is no need to mix the products.

  • How much silicone is in Wet® Synergy?

    Wet® Synergy contains 10% solution of silicone gel.

  • Can Wet® Synergy™ be used with silicone toys?

    Wet® Synergy™ has been tested on various qualities of silicone toys without any adverse effects. To be sure, we recommend conducting a small patch test on your toys prior to use to determine if there is any risk of the silicone in Wet® Synergy™ reacting to the silicone content in your favorite toy. As with any formula, we recommend washing your toys immediately after play.

  • Can I use Platinum in a hot tub or spa?

    Wet® Platinum® "Works Great, Even Under Water!" Whether your adventures take you to the pool, the hot tub, the ocean or the lake, Platinum will perform for you. Caution: Wet® Platinum® is super slippery so use extreme caution when getting in and out of the water after use.

  • Since Platinum does not break down with water, how do I wash up after using it?

    Mild soap and warm water will easily wash away any residual Platinum from skin. Mild soaps which do not contain moisturizers work best.

  • How do I clean the stains from my sheets?

    Wet® Platinum® (silicone) based Lubricant will stain certain fabrics such as satin. We suggest testing a small amount of Platinum on your sheets to see if it stains. Concentrated stain removers may remove the stain.

  • Can I use Platinum as a Massage Lotion?

    Yes! This long-lasting silicone based formula is perfect for a sensual massage because it is "Guaranteed Never Sticky". It never dries so it leaves the skin feeling soft, silky, and moisturized. Use caution when applying. A little bit goes a long way. It may be best to lay a towel under the body as this formula may stain sheets.

  • Is Platinum safe to use with other silicone products, toys, etc.?

    We do not recommend using Wet® Platinum® with other silicone based products. Generally, the use of a silicone lubricant will deteriorate a silicone product over a period of time. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions for that item.

  • Is Platinum good for use with leather and latex clothing?

    Polishing with Wet® Platinum® Lubricant will add extra shine and moisture and revitalize leather and latex. This product will not degrade those materials.

• Wet® Warming™
  • What makes Wet® Warming™ different?

    Wet® Warming formulas are designed to offer the added pleasure of a gentle warming sensation. "Rub it on; it gets warm. Blow on it; it gets warmer." Friction really heats things up. When you desire that something extra, try Wet® Warming!

  • What makes the warming heat up?

    This glycerin based formula reacts with the moisture in your skin creating the warming sensation. Friction and added moisture intensifies the sensation.

  • What if the warming doesn't heat up or work?

    Keep in mind, it is a gentle warming sensation. It is not supposed to be hot. During very cold times of the year when humidity is low or when your skin is very dry, you may experience less warming than in more humid times. Check the expiration date of the product as well. If expired, discard the product as it will not likely warm.

  • Can I use Wet® Warming™ as a Massage Lotion?

    Yes! This long-lasting glycerin based formula may be used for a warming sensual massage and its clear, water-based formula won't stain sheets! It is long lasting and kissably sweet so pour it on and turn up the heat!

• Wet® Light® and Original®
  • What is the difference between Wet® Light® and Wet® Original®?

    Wet® Original® is a thicker, gel like formulation. Wet® Light® is a thinner liquid, version of Wet® Original®. Both water-based formulas are odorless, colorless, greaseless, stain-free and sugar-free. Both are extremely long lasting and dry leaving the skin feeling moisturized rather than sticky and tacky like other leading brands. Choosing which of the two is right for you is a matter of personal preference.

  • Which choice is right for me? Wet® Light® versus Wet® Original®?

    If you prefer a more liquid version of our product, one which more closely mimics the body's natural moisture, you would choose Wet® Light®. If you want a thicker, gel like formula, you would choose Wet® Original.

  • Are Wet® Light® and Wet® Original® FDA approved as medical devices?

    Yes. Both of these products are condom compatible and have gone through the extensive FDA approval process to be approved as 510(k) medical devices.

  • When should I use them?

  • Can I use them to shave my everywhere?

  • Can I use it to shave my face or my head?

  • How do your shave products help my skin?

    Each of the four formulas contains soothing Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and Jojoba Oil, Lanolin, and Oat Extract to soften and condition the skin.

  • What is the difference between shaving with a cream versus soap and water?

    Soap and water does not provide a Rash-Free shave. Our formulas contain the finest ingredients and emollients to soften and plump the hair, preparing it for the closest possible shave, and reducing abrasion

  • If I still have razor bumps?

    While this product provides a rash free shave for most consumers, a small percentage may be sensitive to an ingredient. Test a small area before use and if a rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Please consult your physician if the problem persists. Wet® Shave Creams are for external use only.

  • Can Wet® Shave products be used in the shower or around water?

    Yes! Inttimo by Wet® Kitty and Total Body Shave Kreme and Wet® Total Body Shave Cream For Men come in rust-free packaging so they will not leave messy "rust rings" in your shower!

  • What are the benefits of Inttimo Massage and Bath Oil?

• Wet® Keep It Clean™ Toy Wash
  • Why should you clean your toys?

    Regular cleaning of toys both before and after use helps to maintain the integrity of the toys.

  • Why is toy cleaner better than soap and water?

    Soap may contain oils for softening the hands/body or other additives. These additives may degrade the toy or break down the outer materials causing it to peel or making it sticky. Once this occurs, you may need to throw away your toy.

  • How do you define "gentle cleaning agents"?

    There are several different types of cleaning agents. Some are harsher than others. SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) is commonly used in low end cleaners and it is a very harsh cleansing agent. This may degrade your toy over time. The cleaning agents in Wet® Keep It Clean™ are derived from natural sources and are gentle on your toys.

  • How strong is the anti-bacterial agent in Wet® Keep It Clean™?

    Triclosan is a US approved bacteria killing agent. Triclosan is used in many over the counter products, such as hand sanitizers, to stop bacteria and keep surfaces clean. It is not a medical grade anti-bacterial agent.
