MensHealth.com article by Madeline HallerLooking for an easy way to last longer in bed? The solution may be hiding in your underwear drawer.Men who add extra lubrication to their condoms during intercourse tend to last longer in the sack, according to a recent study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. Researchers analyzed data on nearly 2,000 men who partook in an Internet-based study monitoring sexual behavior and condom use. Each time the subjects had sex, they were to report in an online diary on the specifics (such as intercourse duration, intensity, intoxication level, condom application method, and more). After analyzing the 8,876 reported sexual encounters, not only did the researchers find that slightly more than half of the men were using lube—they found that adding lube to condoms was significantly associated with longer intercourse. And that’s not all.“We know from other research that adding lubricant to condoms can help reduce the already low likelihood that the condom will break,” says Debby Herbenick, Ph.D., one of the study authors and the Men’s Health Sex Professor.Silicone LubeOur Pick:Wet Platinum Premium LubricantThis silky smooth (100 percent silicone) formula is latex-friendly and perfect for a steamy session in the shower.Price: $10 and up (depends on size, and vendor)About Wet International, Inc.
